We build primarily with three wall systems, MHM, light timber frame, and CLT, chosen to match your project rather than applied the same way every time. MHM is a solid timber wall, layers of softwood boards joined by aluminum nails rather than glue or chemical binders, giving a dense, breathable structure closest to its natural state. Light timber frame is the more traditional stud-built wall, lighter and faster to construct, better suited to projects where budget or timeline matter most. CLT, cross laminated timber, uses glued layered panels that offer engineered strength for larger spans or taller structures, where extra rigidity is required.
Where a project allows, we lean toward MHM for its fully natural, adhesive-free build, and bring in LTF or CLT where speed, budget, or structural demands call for a different approach.
