We Start With You

You don't need land yet to come to us. We'll guide you through those early decisions and recommend an architect if you need one. Once your project takes shape, we bring your architect in, look at which wall system fits best, MHM, CLT or light timber frame, and go over a rough budget together.

We check where you are, even before you've bought land

A CLEAR NUMBER, NO SURPRISES

We come back with a clear price straight from the factory: wall system, insulation, windows, finishing materials, all worked out together. Fixed, transparent, so you know exactly where you stand before you commit.

WORKED OUT BEFORE WE BUILD

Once the concept is set, our engineers take over. Structural calculations, heating, ventilation, full construction drawings, all finalized before production starts. Every detail is resolved on paper first, so the build itself runs smoothly.

BUILT INDOORS, DELIVERED READY

Your home is built in the factory under controlled conditions. Every part is made to precise tolerances, checked before it ships. Built indoors, it stays protected from weather, nothing leaves until it's right.

YOUR HOME GOES UP

We fly in our own Estonian teams to raise, finish the house: assembly crews, electricians, ventilation, heating, plumbing specialists, working alongside local teams where it makes sense. On-site work takes a minimum of 3 weeks, covering everything from structural assembly through waterproofing. Total time depends on how much finishing work you want us to handle.
