Every project is different, so the exact heating and ventilation setup can change depending on the home. What stays fixed are the results: fresh air moving through the house and humidity kept under control, no matter which system gets used to achieve it.
Most homes are fitted with an MVHR system that ventilates, heats and cools. It pulls in fresh, filtered air and pushes out the stale air, recovering the heat that would otherwise escape, so the home stays comfortable through summer and winter alike.
MVHR is our standard, not the only option. If a project needs a different approach to heating or cooling, we can bring in alternative solutions to match. The system can change, but the air exchange it provides doesn't.
Recovering heat instead of losing it means the system needs less energy to keep a home at a comfortable temperature. Lower running costs, same level of comfort. We also recommend pairing it with a solar water heater to cut energy use further.
Bathrooms need floor heating to manage the humidity that builds up from showers and baths. It stops moisture from settling into the room and leaves the floor warm underfoot rather than cold and damp.
